Job Description:

Position: Manager - Dispatch & Distribution

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 6 - 10 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily/weekly dispatch operations, ensuring timely (OTIF) delivery and productive part-load shipments to distributors
- Coordinate with production, transporters, and internal stakeholders for material readiness and smooth logistics flow
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with GST requirements, including invoices, e-way bills, and e-invoices
- Manage warehouse operations, inventory control (FIFO/FEFO), stock accuracy, and contractual manpower
- Monitor logistics KPIs, resolve transit issues, and drive continuous improvement in safety, cost efficiency, and operational performance

Required Skills
- Safety Management
- Logical thinking.
- Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 8.00 LPA
