Meeting company’s objective of safely achieving production targets by Providing technical support to Plant Operations, Trouble-shooting process related problems, Suggesting modifications for Plant Improvement in terms of Safety, Reliability & Operability, Co-ordination with various departments and external agencies.
Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities).
• MOC process-Subsea, OT, CRP: Suggest modifications for Operational Flexibility, Safety Enhancement, Efficiency Improvement and Reliability Improvement as per design specifications; Assessment of impact on HSEF through HAZID; Allocation of Equipment Numbering for Current equipment in association with SAP Team; Coordinate for HAZOP/HAZID & PSSR for MOC's; prepare Reports and follow up recommendations closeout.; Update the status of MOC and submit for review during site apex meeting;
• Process Engineering:



Monitor Mass and Energy balance on regular basis and report any deviations for review; Monitoring of chemical consumption / optimization and submit the information for review; Monitoring/Optimization of Utilities consumption and prepare details
• Process Simulations: Prepare reports and recommendation using available simulation tools like Aspen Plus for troubleshooting; Heat Exchangers rating studies using HTRI ; Run Simulation tools like PHAST /PHAST Risk for Quantitative Risk Assessment and submit reports with inferences of simulated results and prepare recommendations
• Energy Management : Monitor efficiencies of heaters, heat exchangers and power generators; Comparison of specific fuel consumption with design; Monitoring of heat recovery by Waste Heat Recovery Units
• MIS & Audit Management: Preparation, checking and distribution of DGH report, Executive Summary and Integrated DPR's post review; Review of monthly water cess report ; Prepare monthly activity report of KGD6 ; Provides Inputs for generating the sustainability report ;Prepare SOP and revise as and when required; Co-ordinate for internal an
