Requirements
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for A&H; insurance products.
· Work closely with the technical team to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
· Understand and interpret technical architecture, system design, and integration requirements.
· Facilitate discussions between business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements.
· Define and document user stories, process flows, and system interactions.
· Participate in solution design discussions and provide insights into business needs and feasibility.
· Support the development and testing teams by clarifying requirements,



validating solutions, and ensuring business objectives are met.
· Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies.
· Identify and document gaps in existing systems and propose enhancements or new solutions.
· Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to A&H; insurance.

Requirements
· 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, preferably with A&H; insurance experience.
· Solid understanding of technical architecture, system integration, and API interactions.
· Ability to comprehend and articulate technical implementation details and their impact on business processes.
· Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
· Excellent documentation skills, including creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flow diag
