Position Overview:

Title: Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and customization of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and architect scalable, best-practice solutions.
Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other tools, managing data flow and ensuring system interoperability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices.
Manage deployments and release processes, providing ongoing technical leadership to the team.
Qualifications:

Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Salesforce certifications preferred).
Experience: 5-8 years in IT, with robust expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components).
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) and Salesforce integration tools is essential.
