Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Recruitment
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business consulting roles across India and global locations.
- Develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies including tailoring to niche roles in Data, AI, Engineering, and Consulting
- Leverage platforms like SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and university channels to build robust pipelines.
- Conduct initial screening interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate assessments and hiring team interviews.
- Maintain SmartRecruiters with up-to-date candidate pipelines, notes, and rep
