Job Opening for Collections Executive at
Epicenter is hiring for a Collections Executive role in their US-based Soft Collection Process. If you have a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct soft collections via calls to resolve outstanding balances.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications:
- HSC/Graduates (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- SSC with 1 year of BPO experience is also acceptable.
- Excellent command of English communication skills is required.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary up to ₹32,000 per month, plus other perks.
- Travel allowance with a home drop within boundaries (Dadar - Virar, Dadar - Thane, and no Harbour).
- Workdays: 5 days a week, with 2 rotational days off.
- Shift Timings: Rotational shifts from 5:30 PM to 8:30 AM (9-hour shifts).
