Agile Delivery Manager

The Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for driving predictable, high‑quality delivery across multiple Scrum teams within the Paymode platform. This role works closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Finance, and external vendors to ensure delivery excellence, release readiness, and robust operational discipline.
They oversee multiple teams/pods, provide hands‑on delivery leadership when needed, and co-own release management, metrics, vendor coordination, and cross‑functional alignment.




This position is ideal for a senior delivery professional who combines servant leadership with strong operational rigor and can operate effectively at the team, release, and organizational levels.

This position is based at our Bangalore, India office.

Responsibilities:

Agile Team & Pod Delivery Oversight
- Oversee delivery health across multiple Scrum teams and pods, adjusting involvement based on team maturity.
- Coach Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads, including 1:1 support as needed.
- Serve as a mediator for friction, capacity constraints, and delivery risks.
- Maintain oversight of maintenance-only and production-support teams, ensuring scope discipline.
- Ensure capacity alignment with Product and Engineering leadership.

Release Management & Execution
- Co-own end-to-end release responsibilities including:
- Release planning, kickoff, and facilitation
- Release deck creation, updates, and stakeholder communication
- Release retrospectives and action tracking
- Participation in Release Command
