Role: Transformation Operations Analyst
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)




Duration: Fixed-Term

The Transformation Analyst will support the execution of a large-scale global HR Digital transformation program, enabling structured delivery, explicit transparency of progress, and effective coordination across multiple workstreams.
This role is suited for a junior–mid level professional who can operate with mentorship to ensure governance processes run efficiently, program data is accurate, and teams remain aligned on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Support
- Partner with Program and Project Managers in coordinating day-to-day program activities across multiple workstreams with global stakeholders
- Track progress against key program milestones and highlight variances or gaps
- Track and manage program interdependencies across workstreams

Governance & Reporting Support
Support weekly program reporting & governance
