Description
The Workday Systems Analyst – HCM, Financials & PSA is responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing Trintech’s global Workday platform across Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials (FINS), and Professional Services Automation (PSA).

This role operates within a global delivery model and supports cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and Professional Services. The analyst ensures system configurations align with business processes, internal controls, governance standards, and reporting requirements.
Based in India, this role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across regions and time zones. The ideal candidate brings solid analytical capabilities, functional system knowledge across multiple Workday domains, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- HCM
- Configure and support Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking,



Compensation, Performance, Talent, and Learning.
- Maintain and enhance business process frameworks, condition rules, approvals, and security roles.
- Support organizational changes, supervisory org structures, and workforce data management.
- Financials (FINS)
- Support configuration across Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Revenue Management, Banking & Settlements, and Financial Reporting.
- Assist with ledger configuration, worktags, accounting posting rules, and financial business processes.
- Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
- Professional Services Automation (PSA)
- Support project setup, billing, revenue recognition, resource management, and project costing configurations.
- Maintain project worktags, costing allocations, and reporting structures.
