What would you do? The Recruiting Senior Analyst will manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition intake through onboarding,



partnering closely with the Recruitment Team Lead and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and hiring priorities. The role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through multiple recruitment channels, building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, coordinating interviews and offer processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the individual will support recruitment reporting and analytics, maintain compliance with hiring policies and processes, and provide market intelligence to support effective workforce planning and hiring decisions.
What are we looking for? • 6–8 years of experience in core recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
• Proven experience in talent identification, sourcing, and market mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ATS tool, Excel proficiency, Team Management, Stakeholder Management
