Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and experienced VOICE / VOIP / NOC Engineers to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidates should have a solid background in network operations and voice technologies, excellent communication skills, and must be open to working in a 24/7 shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain VOIP/Voice network infrastructure and services.

Troubleshoot network and VOIP-related issues and provide quick resolutions.

Configure and manage network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and voice gateways.

Work closely with telecom vendors and service providers.

Provide L1/L2 support and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors.

Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Ensure high availability and reliability of voice communication systems.

Participate in shift rotations including night shifts and weekends.

Key Requirements

Experience: 2 to 6 years in VOICE/VOIP/NOC roles.

Strong knowledge of VOIP technologies, SIP, RTP, and network protocols.

Hands-on experience with NOC operations, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

Must be willing to work in a 24/7 workplace including night shifts and holidays.
