Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assigned customer accounts for the entire order life cycle responsibilities include Inventory Management, and logistics management to ensure orders are shipped to the agreed TATs.
- Place orders, EDI, manual, and rush orders for both Customers and sales representatives.
- Take ownership of and resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research, a detailed understanding of Order life cycle, systems,



and practices; provide timely and informative responses.
- Prepare International shipping documents (Commercial invoice, Packing list, Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI), Export declaration, etc.
- Manage logistics from Ocean Freight, Airfreight & Inland freight ensuring the accuracy and verification of documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOL), Air Waybills, freight quotes, Proof of Delivery (POD), etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system (prices, delivery dates, inventory, other data related to each transaction, etc)
- Generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, Open Orders, Order to Cash cycle Milestones, etc.
- Prepare and distribute standard and customized internal and customer reports.
- Process OSI's (Operational Service Issues) that result from shortages / mispicks, damaged freight, price discrep
