Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Operations Lead Architect to drive enterprise digital operations transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Azure cloud technologies, Databricks, SQL, Data Quality, DevOps, and enterprise architecture, along with proven leadership in stakeholder engagement and team management. This role will be responsible for designing scalable digital operations solutions, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Operations & Solution Architecture
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Digital Operations (DigiOps) solutions across enterprise platforms.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture standards and best practices.




- Drive operational modernization initiatives using cloud-native and data engineering technologies.
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align architecture with strategic objectives.
- Design integrated operational ecosystems leveraging automation, analytics, and cloud capabilities.

Azure & Data Engineering Leadership
- Architect and oversee enterprise data platforms using Azure services and Azure Databricks.
- Lead the design and optimization of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing frameworks.
- Ensure effective data storage, transformation, and analytics solutions.
- Drive SQL optimization, database performance tuning, and data modeling best practices.
- Provide technical leadership on cloud migration and modernization programs.

Data Quality & Governance
- Define and implement enterprise data quality frameworks and governance standards.
