Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our steel trading business. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in steel products, B2B sales, industrial sales, and customer handling with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and acquire new customers across construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, fabrication, and industrial sectors.
Promote and sell steel products including TMT bars, structural steel, MS sheets, coils, pipes, and related products.
Generate leads, manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and close deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong customer base for repeat business.




Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable steel product solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely coordination and service support.
Handle key accounts and drive long-term business relationships.
Market Development & Sales Growth
Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.
Provide market feedback and sales insights to management.
Expand customer network through regular market visits.
Negotiation & Order Management
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Follow up on payments and manage outstanding collections.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and sales reports.
