The Role

We're hiring a Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations across our retail stores. This is a hands-on role — you'll be working closely with store managers and the operations team to ensure our people processes run smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for store-level roles (crew, supervisors, store managers)
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and induction for new joiners
- Maintain attendance, leave, and HR records across stores
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts
- Handle basic employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Track attrition and flag early warning signs to management
- Coordinate with store managers for performance reviews and appraisals
- Ensure compliance with labour law basics (PF, ESI, shops & establishment)

What We're Looking For




- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in QSR, retail, hospitality, or F&B;
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (freshers with strong internship experience welcome)
- Comfortable working in a multi-location, fast-paced workplace
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Kannada a plus for Bangalore)
- Good with Excel and basic HRMS tools
- Someone who's proactive, organised, and not afraid to be on the floor
