Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented skilled to join our team as Director – Media Investment. This role will be responsible for driving media investment excellence across client portfolios, leading strategic negotiations with media partners, optimizing media efficiencies, and ensuring superior value delivery. The incumbent will work closely with planning, client leadership, and activation teams to deliver effective investment strategies that support client business objectives and agency growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead media investment and buying strategies across digital and traditional media platforms
• Develop investment frameworks that maximize media efficiency, effectiveness, and return on investment
• Manage commercial negotiations with publishers,



broadcasters, platforms, and media partners to secure the best rates and value-added opportunities
• Collaborate with Planning and Client Leadership teams to align investment decisions with overall media and business strategies
• Monitor media market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and risks
• Ensure achievement of client KPIs, investment efficiencies, and profitability targets
• Drive governance and compliance across media buying, billing, reconciliations, and financial controls
• Lead investment reviews with clients and provide strategic recommendations based on market insights and campaign performance
• Support new business pitches through competitive investment strategies and media partnership opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media owners, publishers, and platform partners
