Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – International Business to drive global sales, manage client relationships, and expand business operations in international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, business negotiations, and frequent international travel for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Identify, acquire, and manage new international clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.




- Conduct market research and analyze global trends to identify business opportunities.
- Travel abroad to meet clients, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Manage pricing, sales forecasting, and revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in international sales, preferably in plastic masterbatches or related industries.
- Solid knowledge of global trade practices and international business development.
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals in international markets.
