Role / Job Summary

- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of requests on the topic (internal DWS, or client requests)
- backlogs in CES team can be in a Teams planner or Jira
- Gather and publish relevant documentation / planner in Teams Channel
- Be fully aware of process and requirements/timelines.
- Responsible for co-ordination with different stakeholders.
- Accountable for end to end integration of projects.
- Along with communication entity, follow up of project documentation & communication (Yammer, MDW platform, etc.)




- Co-ordinate with all the regions for Patching & package delivery progress and updates.
- Report the compliance, Challenges, Next Step to Management.
- Update WW EVS OperCo with all the details.
- Perform CES server patching (Including regions (FR, EMEA/UK, INDIA)), other regions might add up.
- Comply with the current security demands (COBRA/ SEC/ Management).

Years of Experience –
· 6 years of relevant experience in delivery management and DWS services
· 8 or more years of overall IT experience.
Qualification / Certification –
· Diploma / Degree (mandatory)
· ITIL Foundation (optional)
· Windows workstation certification (optional)
· Windows server certification (optional)
Mandatory Skills / Experience
· Advanced Troubleshooting on multiples technologies.
· Knowledge of Intune, GPO, Registry, Logs, SCCM, MDT and other EUS services / infrastructure
· Ticketing tool experience
· AD / GPO / DFS / Print server administration
Good to have skills / Experience
