Job Description: Circle Head - Technical Equipment & Manpower
Position Overview
The Circle Head is responsible for managing technical equipment operations and technical manpower across an entire state territory, ensuring optimal resource allocation, operational efficiency, and service delivery standards.
This senior leadership role oversees multiple districts/regions within the state and reports to regional or national leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement state-wide technical operations strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for technical equipment and personnel across the state
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs for technical operations and manpower utilization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
Technical Equipment Management
- Ensure optimal deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of technical equipment across all state locations
- Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning processes
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and coo
