JD - CRMA
Key Responsibilities• Execute the analytics roadmap aligned with business priorities.• Partner with business heads to identify and deliver high-impact analytics and AI use cases.• Development of executive dashboards, operational reports, and advanced analyticssolutions.• Drive analytics across DMS, CRM (Salesforce), ERP, Telematics, and Manufacturingsystems.
Required Skills & Experience• 8–10 years of experience in analytics, BI, or data-driven roles.Technical & Analytics Skills• Solid experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce Analytics.• Advanced SQL skills; working knowledge of Python or R preferred.• Experience in predictive analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, and recommendations.• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.• Exposure to CRM, ERP, DMS, and large-scale transactional datasets.Business & Domain Skills• Good understanding of manufacturing, automotive, or industrial business processes.• Experience with sales, service, inventory, warranty, or dealer performance analytics.• Ability to translate business problems into measurable analytics outcomes.
