Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer – Sales Cloud & CPQ

Job Description:
Salesforce Support Engineer to provide production support maintenance and enhancement for our Salesforce platform
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Pardot Marketing Cloud Account Engagement integrations
This role involves Troubleshooting production issues supporting end users managing integrations and collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliability

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2Level 3 support for Salesforce Sales Cloud CPQ and Pardot environments
Monitor troubleshoot and resolve production issues within established SLAs
Analyze system defects identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
Support Salesforce CPQ configurations including product catalogs pricing rules quote templates approvals and contract management
Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce Pardot ERP systems middleware and third-party applications




Support lead management campaign synchronization prospect tracking and marketing automation processes in Pardot
Perform user management profile and permission set administration and data security maintenance
Execute data imports exports cleansing and validation using Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations
Collaborate with administrators developers QA teams and business stakeholders to resolve incidents and implement enhancements
Support release management activities including deployments regression testing and post-release validation
Document support procedures knowledge articles and technical solutions
Participate in on-call support and incident management as required Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
