About the Role

As an IC4 Senior Software Development Engineer, you will own significant
technical areas, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while
delivering critical platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

As a senior member of the software engineering division, you will design,
develop, troubleshoot, and optimize software systems supporting OHI products.
You will provide technical leadership while collaborating with product managers,
architects, and engineering leaders.

Key Responsibilities





* Design and implement scalable healthcare administration platforms and
services.
* Lead development of healthcare payer capabilities including benefits
administration, claims adjudication, provider payment, Medicare, and Medicaid
programs.
* Drive architecture and design reviews across multiple teams.
* Build AI-powered workflows supporting claims processing, fraud detection,
payment integrity, and benefit administration.
* Design cloud-native services supporting large-scale payer operations.
* Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
* Collaborate with product teams to define long-term technical strategy.
* BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
* 8+ years of software engineering experience.
* Strong expertise in Java, Python, and distributed systems.
* Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
* Robust SQL and data modeling exp
