Current Prospect

Right now, we´re seeking an AI/ML Team Lead is responsible for leading the
design, development, and delivery of scalable AI-powered solutions across the
FEG business, driving measurable business outcomes. This role combines technical
leadership and people management, guiding the team in building AI ML systems




including LLM-powered applications, autonomous agents, and intelligent
decision-making frameworks, while ensuring alignment with business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

* Manage and lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers, including task
allocation, performance management, and career development planning.
* Own the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of client-facing AI/ML
features, collaborating closely with product managers and solution architects
to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
* Design, develop, and deploy ML and Generative AI solutions on the Azure AI/ML
ecosystem, including RAG-based applications and LLM-powered workflows.
* Build and optimize AI agents and prompt strategies for tasks such as
recommendation, classification, summarization, and decision support.
* Collaborate with data engineering, MLOps,
