Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead and oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Pre-Primary Section. The Coordinator will be responsible for curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, classroom supervision, parent engagement, and ensuring a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for young learners in alignment with CBSE and Early Childhood Education best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor the pre-primary curriculum in accordance with CBSE guidelines and Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) principles.
- Ensure age-appropriate, activity-based, and child-centric teaching methodologies.
- Supervise, guide, and support pre-primary teachers and support staff.




- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and academic excellence within the pre-primary department.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree.
- Mandatory B.Ed. / Montessori Training / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / ECCE Certification.

Experience and Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary Education.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Pre Primary Coordinator role.
- Robust knowledge of Early Childhood Education methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
