Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Specialist - Technical Training position will be based in Coimbatore.

What a typical day looks like:
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions covering basic to intermediate supply chain concepts.
- Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, including presentations, quizzes, hands-on exercises, and user manuals.
- Skill Assessment: Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback, adapting training methods to address knowledge gaps.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehousing teams to ensure training aligns with current company policies and industry best practices.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Basic: Supply chain fundamentals, procurement lifecycles, and basic warehouse/inventory management.
- Intermediate: Demand forecasting, inventory optimization, basic S&OP; (Sales and Operations Planning), logistics coordination, and supply chain metrics (KPIs).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex operational concepts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel) and experience with ERP/Supply Chain Management software.
