5. Build and maintain a network of industry professionals and passive candidates for future hiring needs.

6. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview training, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiations.

7. Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract top talent,
