HDB Financial Services is hiring Sales Officers to drive business across Gujarat & Rajasthan locations. The role involves sourcing new customers, generating loan leads, and achieving monthly disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Source customers for Personal Loan / Business Loan / Consumer Durable / LAP (as per allocation)

Generate leads through field visits, references & local market activities

Achieve monthly sales & disbursement targets

Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

Ensure proper KYC documentation & process compliance

Coordinate with credit & operations team for faster processing

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Experience: 0–4 years in NBFC / Banking / Loan Sales

Freshers with strong sales interest can apply

Good communication skills & local market knowledge
