- Deliver structured, interactive, and age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the CBSE/ICSE/state board curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials that support diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student performance through regular quizzes, tests, projects, and presentations; provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
- Integrate technology and multimedia tools to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English (B.A. English) or a related field; B.Ed. in English or a teaching certification is mandatory.




- 2–5 years of proven teaching experience in a recognized school setting, preferably at the secondary level (Classes 6–8).
- Robust command of spoken and written English, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that promote reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems (LMS) for lesson delivery and assessment.
