Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Support and Development Engineer with expertise in APIs to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, developing, and troubleshooting API-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications and services.



You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients, providing technical assistance, debugging issues, and developing current API features.
Technical:
- Fluent in Axway API product, Linux, Database,
- Hands-on experience working in Cloud Provider platforms AWS and Azure
- Knowledge and hands-on of ITIL services
- Provide technical support for API-related issues encountered by internal teams or external clients.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve API-related bugs and performance issues.
- Ensure API reliability, availability, and optimal performance.

API Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, QA) to implement API integrations with various systems.
- Develop new API features and enhance existing functionalities.
