Understand health claim application workflows, rules, and business processes.

Review UAT test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Execute UAT test cases and document results clearly and accurately.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Validate data entry, claim adjudication, approval workflows, and integrations with backend systems.

Log and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure or similar.

Participate in daily/weekly standups or defect triage meetings.

Provide sign-off and feedback based on test results and system performance.
