Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Shirwal - Pune

Experience: 3 - 8 years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities.
- Maintain CNC, VMC, Laser cutting, Punching, Press brake machines, welding machines, compressors, DG sets, material handling equipment, etc.
- Diagnose root cause of machine failures and implement corrective & preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain PM schedules, maintenance records, and machine history cards.
- Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and improve equipment availability.
- Manage spare parts inventory and raise indent for critical spares.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and legal requirements.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Support installation, commissioning, and relocation of machinery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (TPM,



Kaizen, OEE improvement).
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for ISO, TPM, and audit requirements..

Required Skills:
- May have to work in shift
- Must be located close to factory
- Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical panels, PLC basics
- Exposure to TPM, ISO, 5S
- Problem-solving & analytical skills
- Leadership and communication skills

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical

Salary: - Up to 5.00 LPA
