What You Can Expect:
- Manage complete warehouse/3PL operations.
- Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvement initiatives through LEAN, Kaizen, and operational excellence practices.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives through effective resource planning, space utilization, and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company policies.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth warehouse operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.

What You Bring:

Qualifications -
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in managing end-to-end 3PL FMCG warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of LEAN, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.
- Robust understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and HSEQ compliance.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
