Splunk / ClickHouse / Webfront + Python
Job Description
Design, develop, and scale distributed telemetry pipelines using Splunk and ClickHouse to process massive volumes of logs, metrics, and traces.
Build intuitive, performant user-facing web portals (Webfront) and UIs that empower engineers to visualize system health and analyze root causes.
Write and maintain high-quality backend automation and analytics scripts using Python.
Collaborate closely with AIOps teams to build predictive alerting, anomaly detection, and automated root cause analysis.
Ensure 99.99% system availability and champion a customer-centric observability strategy to reduce incident detection and resolution times.
Basic Qualifications
Experience 5+ years building and running production-grade, distributed software systems at scale.




Observability Solid working knowledge of large-scale logging, metric, and tracing ecosystems.
Data Stores Proficiency in handling massive datasets using ClickHouse and Splunk.
Backend Deep hands-on coding ability in Python.
Frontend Solid experience building responsive, data-heavy web applications and user interfaces.
Education Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with public cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Contributions to or experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Passion for designing GenAI / AIOps-driven enhancements to traditional observability workflows
