Description
As the Team Collections Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving efficient and effective collection strategies, ensuring timely recovery, and optimizing cost allocation processes. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the overall success of the Relationship Banking Group's recovery initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of collections professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement collection strategies tailored to the Relationship Banking Group's portfolio, focusing on CV, CE, and SA segments.
- Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and effective recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to collections and recovery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all collection activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
