The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, integrations, and best practices to support business requirements and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities and Impact:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as required.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows, reports, dashboards, and security models.




- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and system enhancements.
- Participate in release management, deployment planning, and CI/CD implementation.
- Create technical documentation, design specifications, and support materials.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
