Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Power BI & Snowflake Data Analyst/Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level analytics and reporting solutions. This role involves creating high-quality dashboards, models, and data pipelines that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Power BI, SQL/PLSQL, and Snowflake, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, accurate, and secure business intelligence solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Software Requirements

Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and PLSQL for complex query development, optimization, and data manipulation.
- Extensive experience working with Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas.
- Experience integrating Power BI with various enterprise data sources and cloud platforms.




- Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines.
- Skills with data security practices, role-based access, and governance standards.

Preferred:
- Certifications in Power BI, Snowflake, or cloud analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure or other cloud ecosystems for analytics deployment.
- Experience with data automation tools, e.g., Data Factory, SSIS.

Overall Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain impactful Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets to meet business and leadership needs.
- Build optimized data models using DAX, Power Query, and best practices for data visualization.
- Write and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL queries to support reporting and analytics requirements.
