About the Role:
- Oversee end-to-end management of civil construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with project objectives
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and site supervisors
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Oversee procurement planning,



vendor evaluation, and material management to maintain cost efficiency
- Administer contracts, review variations, and manage claims and billing in coordination with QS and commercial teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory regulations at all project stages
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor work quality and adherence to design specifications
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation and contingency strategies
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain transparent communication and alignment
- Ensure all civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, standards, and best practices
- Support project closure activities, including documentation, handover, and final settlement

About You:
- B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5 to 8 Years & above of relevant experienc
