Job Description : Training will be given by our Path finder Team for the below mentioned Job Description
The employee will be responsible for successfully performing the following duties and functions, subject to the provisions of this agreement:
Key Responsibilities:
• Undergo training and develop a robust understanding of the Data Capture (Integra) Agent process.
• Ensure seamless Integra agent installation and provide troubleshooting support.
• Coordinate with retailers to obtain bill-wise reports for data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in resolving Missing Date issues.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and reinstall Integra agents when required.
• Collaborate with HQ for Pre-Live, Go-Live, and Post-Live processes.
• Complete Integra agent installation and provide customer support wi
