Overview
The Solution Architect for Oracle HCM Cloud plays a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions to meet organizational needs. This position collaborates closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure that the architecture aligns with the business strategy while leveraging the full capabilities of Oracle HCM Cloud. The Solution Architect is responsible for establishing best practices, guiding teams on technical decisions, and ensuring that solutions are practical, scalable, and maintainable. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive Oracle HCM Cloud architecture.
- Lead the solution architecture discussions with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a solution architect role.
