TEAM: IAM Protect AIOps team is combination of Security Operations Engineers and Software Engineers and handles the tickets of Enterprise IAM and responsible for supporting the services and also improve the services and improve customer productivity.
Role: We are looking for passionate Senior Software Engineer to identify problem areas for the customer and improve the service thus helping the customer productivity.

Responsibilities
* Identify the opportunity areas that can be improved across EIAM Services
1) Streamline /Create/ Improve / Enable existing/Current Self Service platforms for IAM & MVD Offerings of IAM Protect
2) Reduce incidents that are handled by EIAM Tier 2 and improve the efficiency of the engineers in handling tickets.
3) Work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms and internal identity systems t
