- To comply all directions issued by the appropriate authority on aviation security and will also be responsible in deployment of trained security personnel for security functions as per regulatory
- Responsible for implementation of the Airline security program & development & maintenance of Local Standard Operating Procedure.
- Establish and maintain effective liaison with the government agencies, other security / safety related departments, airport operator, other aircraft operator and other appropriate authorities.
- Ensure that security procedures are communicated to & being followed by the GHA, RA, Cargo Warehouse Operator, Catering agencies.
- Ensure adequate human & material resource is available for undertaking Security Functions.
- Control theft & pilferage of Company property
- Ensure implementation HR policies and procedures; promote team engagement initiatives.
- Ensure communication all security-related events (incidents, accidents, lapses,



near-misses) promptly and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records for trend analysis and improvement planning.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities.
- Develop and enforce local security policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely Investigate security lapses and security/safety hazards in a timely manner.
- Provide strategic inputs for the preparation and management of the security budget, ensuring alignment with operational needs and compliance standards

Requirements
- Indian Nationals with Valid Passport, PAN Card and Aadhar Card.

- Minimum Height - 156 cms for female and 167 cms for male
- Education –Graduate
- Must be medically fit as per DGCA.
- No visible tattoo/marks.
