The Contributions You Will Make

o Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM
o Functional knowledge of Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and Learning modules
o Support and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect. Assist with development, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
o Partner with IT teams and third party vendors to resolve integration and data flow issues; maintain technical documentation.
o Develop and support Workday reports, calculated fields, and data extracts; ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance.
o Provide production support for Workday HCM and integrations; act as a primary POC for HR system–related issues.
o Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows,



and security; manage access and functional changes with minimal disruption.
o Lead and participate in system, integration, and UAT testing for enhancements and releases; support release and change management.
o Collaborate with global HR Operations to deliver system improvements, automation, and continuous enhancement of the Workday platform.
o Solid L2/L3 production support experience (tickets, system issues, BP failures, integrations)
o Ability to clearly communicate technical Workday concepts to HR/Finance stakeholders
o Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities and strict SLAs

Bachelour of Engineering
