Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery
- Gather and analyze requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct user interviews and understand customer pain points.
- Translate business problems into product opportunities.
- Research competitors and industry best practices.

Product Planning
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and business rules.
- Prioritize features based on business impact and effort.
- Support roadmap planning and sprint planning activities.

Product Delivery
- Work closely with engineering and design teams during development.
- Clarify requirements and resolve functional queries.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming.
- Conduct UAT and validate releases before production deployment.

Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with brokers, HR teams, insurers, TPAs, and internal operations teams.
- Present product updates and progress reports.
- Gather feedback and convert it into actionable enhancements.

Analytics & Improvement




- Track product adoption and usage metrics.
- Monitor feature performance and user engagement.
- Identify areas for optimization and process improvement.
- Support product experimentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
Product Management
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Ability to write detailed requirements and user stories.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Analytical Skills
- Robust problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Comfortable working with Excel, SQL (preferred), and analytics tools.

Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.

Experience with:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Figma
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Product analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude preferred)
