Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Automation Specialist with 5–8 years of experience in workflow automation, marketing automation, CRM integrations, and digital campaign execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing automated workflows, optimizing lead management processes, integrating business applications, and supporting marketing initiatives through automation and performance-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage workflow automation solutions to streamline business processes across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows for lead generation, lead nurturing, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing.
- Integrate CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, and third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn,



and other digital platforms.
- Manage Meta Business Suite, advertising accounts, Meta Pixel, events, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
- Develop and execute branding initiatives to strengthen MyClassboard's digital presence.
- Set up, manage, and optimize social media platforms while ensuring consistent brand communication.
- Create and coordinate content for advertisements, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, ROI, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure workflow efficiency and marketing performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, CRM, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
