Description
Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (I-ERP) is an initiative designed to drive operational efficiency and material cost reduction by adopting industry leading practices for Finance and Procurement processes. This program will enable real-time insights and faster decision making, delivering an integrated solution with near real time data and drill down capabilities. I-ERP is the largest business transformation program at Ford with the goal to adopt Best-in-Class Industry standard processes in both Finance (Plan to Report - PTR) and Purchasing (Source to Pay - STP) organizations. SAP S4 is selected as the enabler and tool of choice for the program with functionality to be deployed in the next 3 years. This will provide efficiencies and valuable business insights to make the right strategic decisions.
This STP release analyst role is key to the Source to Pay space. Solid communication and relationship building skills are important. We work in a rapid paced, Agile/Product Driven Organization (PDO) environment to deliver high quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Play a role in defining and implementing a large-scale SAP S4 I-ERP program
- Support forward thinking for future releases.
- Lead tactical activities and support overall strategic program objectives.
- Act as Single Point of Contact for STP Product Managers
- Manage the EPICS/Sub Epics/Features for the Product Group
- Continuously assess issues, risks and opportunities while assisting with resolution
- Gather and Track metrics progress for the Product Group.
- Support gathering and review of metrics to support Major releases as well as to track Production Releases like Release on Demand, Problem Records etc.
- Support System of Delivery (SoD) quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning and facilitation of events – Logistics, breakout sessions, presentations, workshops, etc.
- Prepare Product Teams for Program Increment (PI) planning events.
- Support Product Teams in Source to Pay through Release
