Job Description Summary:
Position Summary
Are you a seasoned coding professional with a passion for teaching and helping others succeed? ModMed is looking for an RCM Coding Trainer to empower our Center of Excellence (COE) Coding team.
In this newly created role, you will be the driving force behind developing new coders and upskilling tenured team members. By building engaging, effective training programs and bridging the gap between foundational knowledge and advanced execution, you will directly influence quality, efficiency, and clinical workflow success across multiple specialties.
What You’ll Do (Primary Responsibilities)
Empower & Develop Coders: Lead vertical-specific coding and denial management training programs designed to develop recent and existing coders into well-rounded, specialty-focused experts.
