Job Description – Data Modeler
We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with strong expertise in insurance data domains and hands-on experience working on Azure Databricks-based data platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling, along with the ability to support scalable enterprise data solutions across analytics and reporting use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data platforms
Work closely with business,



data engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to translate business requirements into scalable data models
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Develop and optimize data models on Azure Databricks to support reporting, analytics, and downstream consumption
Ensure data models align with business rules, governance standards, and performance requirements
Support integration of multiple source systems into a unified and reusable data model
Collaborate with engineering teams on data ingestion, transformation, staging, and modelling approaches
Review and improve existing models for scalability, consistency, performance, and maintainability
Support data quality, metadata, lineage, and standardization initiatives.
Familiar with Snowflake integration patterns (Good to have).
