About the role
We're looking for an experienced SCCM/MECM Administrator to own the day-to-day health and administration of a large Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager estate, while helping shape the transition toward modern, cloud-based endpoint management with Intune and Autopilot.

What you'll do
Administer and maintain the MECM/SCCM infrastructure, including site components, distribution points, and content health
Manage client health, collections, boundary groups, and configuration baselines
Run daily health-check reports and troubleshoot DP content failures, patch deployment status, and site component issues
Handle incidents and patch exception requests covering client installation, software distribution, and software updates
Build and maintain reports using SCCM Reporting and SQL Server Management Studio
Create and deploy packages, applications,



and Software Update Groups — piloting first, then rolling out to production
Build query-based collections to meet custom business requirements
Deploy MECM clients via client push and remediation scripts, and resolve client installation issues on Windows 10 and 11
Analyse server-side and client-side log files to root-cause issues
Provide monthly patching activity reporting and work with local teams to close out patching gaps

What you'll bring
6–10 years of hands-on SCCM/MECM administration at L2/L3 level
Strong experience across SCCM 2012, 1902 and MECM 1910, 2010 (and current MECM versions)
Solid application packaging and software distribution experience
Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, BITS, and SQL Server, and how each relates to a MECM environment
Reporting skills using SCCM Reporting and SQL Server Management Studio
Strong Windows 10 / Windows 11 client troubleshooting
