Support and maintain LAN, SD-WAN, and WiFi Infrastructure
Manage and troubleshoot Networking equipment including Juniper Switches(EX Series and above) and Routers, and HPE Switches
Configure and maintain Fortinet SDWAN (WAN and Firewall) Solutions
Administer Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls to ensure robust security measures
Knowledge in Aruba Wireless
Collaborate with team to manage workloads efficiently
Act as a supplementary resource to offload operational network support tasks
Experience in setting up alert monitoring, considering the monitoring tools deployed in the setting
Excellent troubleshooting skills. Should be able to resolve any issue related to Network issues independently. Should be able to quickly isolate the problem and provide resolution to meet the SLAs
