Duties And Responsibilities

Ability to Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce Pages, LWC based on specific requirements to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
Ability to manage a small team of Developers.
Proven success in applying a structured approach to analyze business problems and architect creative technology-based solutions within the defined enterprise guidelines and standards
Will be responsible for managing Salesforce CRM platform .
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners.

Required Qualifications And Experience

B.E in Information technology with 3-4 years of relevant experience.




Preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified administrator,Salesforce Certified Developer.
Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData/Streaming, etc.)
Knowledge of VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience,SOQL Statements
Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle
Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities and AppExchange / ISV solutions
Need Experience in designing and implementing new Sales force objects workflow rules custom layouts and other standard Sales force customizations
Experience in defining enterprise architecture, mapping existing systems to it, and identifying and evaluating options to close gaps
